  • Who would be monitoring the units on site?

    For a private party, the renter will be required to watch our safety training video and complete the attendant responsibilities checklist. Public events will be monitored and attended by our trained staff.

  • What rules do we need to follow?

    The rules to follow will be posted on the units and listed on any and all agreements that are signed into. Rules are made for the safety of all and will allow for an enjoyable experience.

  • How many people are allowed on at one time?

    Our units allow multiple participants at the same time. It is really important to only have one person safely climbing the stairs and ladders sections of the unit at a time.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes! we're fully insured, registered, and certified through the State of Ohio Agriculture, Amusement Division.

  • What's the set up and tear down time?

    Depending on which unit or units, our setup time would vary 2-5 Hours. Teardown can also differ due to the returned cleanliness of each unit. Most of the time, our setup and teardown times are equal per unit.

  • What happens if someone has to cancel?

    If the client has to cancel, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be held for a future reschedule date. If YoBigBounce is required to cancel, the Deposit would be fully refunded and a 20% discount will then be offered for a future booking up to a year to the date of the cancellation.
